Q. Who will I meet at the in-home consultation?
A. You will meet our client care team manager who will visit you in your place of residency. He or she will get to know you gather up information to help with coordinating your care plan.

A. All clients are assigned to a personal care team manager. You can report all concerns and questions you may have which is confidential and taken care of immediately.
Q. Can I speak to any of your clients?

Q. What if I don’t feel comfortable with the caregiver and I want to change him/her?
A. We work hard to place our clients with compatible caregivers but, if for any reason, you’re not comfortable, we will do our best to provide and replace a suitable caregiver for you.
Q. What if my caregiver doesn’t arrived on time or not at all?
A. We hope that doesn’t happened. But if it does, please give us a call right away. We will fill the shift by replacing it with one of our caregivers who are on standby 24/7 for emergency situations like this.
Q. How do you hire great quality caregivers?
A. We do a background check in all states. We’ve checked their previous employment and their medical records for physical, mental and emotional performance. We’ve also checked with the Department of Motor Vehicles for grave records. All our potential caregivers must meet these requirements to be hired.
Q. How often do you screen your caregivers?
A. Every 6 months, a background check is done, including a yearly physical.
Q. Are your caregivers insured and bonded?
A. Yes. All of our caregivers are insured and bonded. It is a requirement by the state of Connecticut before any tasks or duties can be performed.
Q. Does your agency conduct background checks on your caregivers?
A. Yes. We absolutely do, in all states. It is a must and required by the state of business.
Q. My dad would like to have a caregiver with similar interests as him. Can I make a special request?
A. Yes, you may. Let us know what his interest are and we will fulfill them to the best of our ability.
Q. I have a major surgery coming up. There are no family members for support. How can you help me?
A. We have caregivers available around the clock 24/7 to provide you with personal care as needed to get you through the recovery process.
Q. I need a caregiver but it’s 1 a.m. in the morning on Christmas day. Am I able to call and receive help right away?
